GoogleWe have to say the whole Bourne Team in the Farnham office are truly brilliant, my wife & I had splendid service whilst marketing our property through you. This tricky procedure was so professionally handled by Adrian, Adam, Rob, Rebecca, Jo, and Hayley for us. Hayley produced a terrific Brochure, which immediately encouraged very many viewings on day One, with instant offers too. We saw Jo enduring many surveys out there in the chilly weather with a keenness to be admired. Each of these experienced staff members were involved at some point, each one cut the Mustard, guided under Adrian’s very capable umbrella of leadership. The complications encountered over many aspects that unexpectedly occurred, were handled brilliantly. Any questions were promptly answered with a calm level of thought from Rebecca, who liased in a close and personal manner with us and our buyer throughout. Rebecca’s interaction usually followed Rob Skuse, who answerer Bourne’s phone as quick as a flash, so rare, but never failing. I never waited for a call response at any time, a very reassuring point. Bourne do Act & Fast! Skills at customer management were perfectly illustrated when Adam handled an extremely difficult day while under pressure, personally dealing with one very complicated offer situation. Wow! I’m sure many readers understand just how tricky it feels to try pick a good Estate Agent out of the blue, as we found with our own unpractised judgment in this new field. I was sleepless! as all 4 agent’s we invited, seemed very interested and so keen. Again, as a testament to Adam and Adrian particularly, with their obvious skills in the property trade, it transpired that Bourne edged it, and won our confidence in them. Mainly due to their enthusiastic initial response in seeing our unusually novel property, and giving us such clear advice and also keenly aimed business terms, much to our advantage. Good news is, we also found actual friends in you all at Bourne. Boy, - we were we so very lucky! We strongly advise anybody wondering who will give the best Agent’s service, to look no further than Bourne, definitely the Best. FacebookPurchasing our home through Bourne was one of the best decisions we made. Gemma Miller at Alton branch, the agent acting on the sellers behalf, helped us all the way through the process and the level of service we received made us feel like we were the client also. Gemma helped us get through many obstacles and ensured we completed in the timescale we needed. The gift received when we got the keys was also such a nice touch. Good job Bourne :)

GoogleFurther to my previous review, I can now at least thank Bourne for taking over as managers of the property we started renting 6 months ago. Issues have been and are being addressed gradually. They are communicative and helpful (even if I can hear their audible dread when I get in touch!). I just wish they had managed the property from the beginning as it would have been a much more enjoyable start to the tenancy. I feel I can happily increase my review from 1 to 3 stars. My experience of Bourne as a new tenant was not good. They were very presuasive when it came to viewing the property, selling it to us and achieving the let. They made lots of promises that the landlord would do things we asked for before we moved in. After this point, these promises sadly did not materialise - to the point where I was not sure the agents were talking about the same property. They blamed miscommunication, but I felt ignored a lot of the time. We had to do all the chasing and make all the calls to get things moving. Once we had signed all the documents electronically, we were left to our own devices. What we had been told by the agent, we were told very differently by the landlord. Of course none of the things that Bourne had said would be done before we moved in were actually done. It was a stressful and unhappy move.
