We had a bit of a nightmare trying to get our forever home, being gazumped twice, losing out on bidding wars and having offers rejected. When I found the perfect place that was marketed through Bourne in Farnham, Rob knew how much it meant and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He is incredibly personable and quite literally always responds to any questions I had throughout the process, which, a lot of the time were pretty ridiculous... while obviously looking after his client and making sure that everything was heading in the right direction. The worst estate agents I have ever come across. The sales person James is rude and arrogant... not someone we would EVER be looking to work with. James left us outside a property for half an hour before we chased him and asked him if he was coming, without an apology he rudely told us the owners didn't want anymore bids and that to go home. Terrible service, do not recommend working with these amateurs

After a bumpy road, with many twists and turns in relation to our own sale, we finally got to exchange contracts on a property marketed by Bourne. However this simply could not have happened without Rob's dedication and help. He is personable, helpful and a really nice person to speak to (he even helped me when I cried down the phone to him during a stressful point of the transaction!). The whole team are very professional too and always responded promptly when I had any questions. Rob Skuse will, however, always stand out in my mind as the nicest estate agent I have ever come across. Very disappointed from a reptutable company. They " found " us a buyer in november who apparently had cash to buy the property, 6 months after the offer still no completion on the property and looked like they never had the money in the first place. In my opinion not enough research was done into where the money was coming from and proof of funds. We then remarketed the house with Bourne and had very little interest and all of the chasing up following viewings had to be done by myself. Wasted 8 months of trying to sell with Bourne.
