GoogleAs a 1st time Landlord of 2 properties (and a Surveyor myself) , cant speak highly enough of the Lettings Team - efficient, kind, helpful and found us 2 ideal Tenants, quickly, at the rates they said and keeping us fully informed. GoogleWe didn’t expect on coming back from a holiday in Brittany in late August to be moving into a new home come early January but much credit goes to Winkworth and our solicitors for dealing with such a complicated purchase with breezy efficiency and good humour at every turn. Emily Hall in particular was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend their Exeter branch for any house business in the Exeter area.

GoogleAs a novice landlord I have found Winkworth very helpful in steering me through the sometimes painful process of letting my home. They have been very efficient in passing on queries from the tenant and arranging for non-standard requirements like quarterly readings of the solar generation meter. 4 stars since we haven't got to the stage of sorting out the end of the lease etc so I'm withholding judgement on that aspect.

GoogleAbysmal service; agreed an appointment for a viewing, traveled 250 miles with a confirmation text on the day responded to for the viewing date and time, only to arrive and be advised by text the viewing was cancelled, no explanation given. Was advised the office would contact me, they failed to do so, I contacted them and was promised a call back and a week later still waiting. If prospective tenants are treated with such disdain, how can a landlord expect good service?

GoogleWinkworth were extremely helpful when I was looking for a place to rent for a year. I was desperate to find somewhere and straight away they were able to assist me in booking viewings and helped me every step of the way. I would just like to especially mention Jasmine Turton who was in contact over email and answered any questions I had and was always very clear in instructions on what I had to do. Thank you!
