Robert Williams Lettings team really helped my family and I during the really saturated rental market in Summer 21. We rented the most beautiful home and were not 'bothered' at any point by the agents. They arranged the usual inspection at a convenient time for us and whilst we didn't need to call them about anything, we were reassured that they would be there if we did need them for anything. Would definitely recommend them to landlords and renters alike.

We cannot recommend Steve and his team at Robert Williams highly enough. We have moved nine times in the last 19 years and have never before felt compelled to recommend an estate agent. Do not be put off by their small size, this is their biggest asset, offering an incredibly personal service. To give some specific examples. They took photos of every room and put all of these on the website along with a detailed description. It was a dull day when the photos were taken and they mentioned they would come back on the next sunny day and take some additional photos of the garden etc. Whilst I thought this would be a good idea, I doubted they would actually return, however, true to their word, the next sunny day they called to ask if they could come and take more photos. Like most estate agents they promised to accompany every viewing, but unlike every estate agent we've ever used, they actually did accompany every viewing, often rearranging their diaries at short notice to accommodate both the viewers and us. We had two agents showing the house, both of whom came up in advance of the house going on the market to familiarise themselves with the layout and features. Viewers were not rushed round but were able to take as long as they needed. We have looked at many houses recently and over half of the agents were not familiar with the house or made no attempt to show or sell it, turned up late and then rushed you round as they had other appointments. Their service did not end with an offer on the house. They went above and beyond on so many issues smoothing a very bumpy completion process between us and our buyer. They could have easily passed the burden to the solicitors or left it for us to deal with, but they didn't. Indeed, if Steve hadn't got involved to the extent that he did, we would not have completed and the house would have still been on the market. Do not underestimate the value and importance of having a good estate agent. Steve and his team at Robert Williams will not disappoint, and you will not begrudge paying them their commission as they truly earn it.

I've known Ollie and his staff for the past few years. They have always been very helpful and friendly with me. Treatment felt more like I was part of their family as opposed to another customer. NEVER had any bad experience either in office or over the phone. Outstanding team all around and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very pleased with the way they achieved a quick sale of my property for a price I was happy to accept. The photos Emma took and showed me there and then helped me realise how much better the presentation was going to be than the agent I'd been with for some months with no joy. I decided on the spot to appoint the agents to handle my sale (most unusual for me as I let to think things over).
