We cannot fault the service we received from Robert Williams Estate Agents. Damon really put our mind at rest when we put the property on the market with them, as we had previously had our house on the market with another Estate Agent, with whom we had quite a bad experience. He kept us updated all the way through, even when the market was quite slow and updated us very quickly on feedback of any viewings we had. Once an offer had been made, Suzanne kept us updated all the way through the process, which at times was very stressful, but with their support the whole process came to a satisfactory conclusion. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert Williams to anyone who is selling their property.

We recently bought our first property through Robert Williams and not knowing the process were a little apprehensive about what the interaction with the estate agent would be like. But honestly, we feel so lucky to have gone through this experience with them. The service was faultless. All the staff members that we interacted with were really lovely and helpful, but we were largely looked after by Suzanne Collins, who was amazing. She effectively held our hand from start finish, walking us through the process, offering advise and expertise, with no pushiness. In fact, there was no sense of pushiness or sales pitch with this company at all. There were no hold ups with communication and it felt like there was real care about us as people and our individual situation. We felt very looked after by Suzanne and the whole team. We would highly rate the company as a whole and the staff members individually, particularly Suzanne.

I whole heartedly recommend Robert Williams. We initially contacted them for a valuation for our flat and also a quote if we were to let instead. Due to our jobs we were up in the air for a good 2.5years and amazingly Suzanne at RW didn’t lose her patience with me and was always so kind and helpful if I had any questions and so when we were looking to rent out a different flat she was the only person I went to. It doesn’t feel like an estate/letting agency. I have had horrendous experiences in the past and so am quite wary when most estate agents open their mouths. RW have always proved themselves to be genuinely helpful and genuinely nice and caring. I cannot recommend them enough. We have just rented out our first property and Zara has made the whole process stress free. I am not the best at admin or at keeping on top of things but both Suzanne and Zara were amazing at keeping me on track and making things happen without feeling pushed. Whether you are selling, renting, letting or buying I really believe any of the team at Robert Williams would make the whole process a lot more enjoyable.

I she hadn't been so organised and communicated so well from my lawyer, to me, to Suzanne, to the vendor and then to the hopeless lawyer on the other end I'd be homeless by now! Every time I thought of something that I could do to speed things up and work around slow lawyers, she's already thought of it and she or Ben had done it! Ben and Suzanne were really helpful, sensible and communicative at all points, from negotiation, renegotiation, dealing with the council and through to the after sale.
