We bought our first home with Robert Williams and could see the professionalism they had from the get go. So when it came to sell they were the first agents we asked to come and value. Other agents came in at shockingly lower prices and we trusted Robert Williams judgement and sold at a price we were very happy with. As an independent agency you can tell they have more care and investment in your home. A wonderful team of people who always had time to answer your questions. If ever we decide to move house again they will be the first to contact.

We recently purchased a property which was being sold through Robert Williams and managed by Richard, the estate agent. Having viewed other properties in the area prior to purchasing this one and thus dealing with many agents, I can say that Richard was miles above the pack. He attended both viewings with us and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the property itself, the surrounding area, and local building/planning regulations. He allowed us to freely experience the property but also provided very thorough answers to our questions-in fact, he seemed to be the only agent we encountered that truly knew and understood the property-it contributed to our buying experience immensely. We have just exchanged on a RW property. Suzanne was always available when we called the office and communicated well. James Taylor has been excellent to the point it felt like he was actually our agent?! James is incredibly polite, efficient and organised. Before looking to buy any property, my wife and I (litterally) tossed a coin between James at Robert Williams and another Exeter estate agent who both impressed, but in different ways. On this occasion, we decided to go with the other agent, but that’s not where this little story ends. Over a month later and through complete luck, we found the perfect home in the right area and it was listed through Robert Williams. James just so happened to do all viewings and was our point of contact throughout. My wife and I were always highly impressed with his professionalism and refreshingly honest personal approach. At all times throughout the process, he worked meticulously both with us, and for the seller - answering every question speedily and with detail. I brought a house from Robert Williams at the end of 2019, I mainly dealt with Emma Scobie. She was very professional through out and very helpful. They were always easy to get hold of and communicative through out the process.
