GoogleDue to COVID-19, there was a delay in our move. Madeline, and the team, couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. A lovely clean house welcomed us when it was safe to do so, and at short notice - we couldn’t be happier. An excellent company to deal with and thoroughly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTestimonial from MC (2013): Dear Stephen, This letter is long overdue, but I do want to convey to you and your colleagues (Nick, your receptionist and possibly others ) - my grateful thanks for the work Robert Williams did for me regarding the sale of flat XX Bxxxxxxxx Road. As you said in your final email, it has been an unexpectedly long and anxious time for me and for XX who has work so diligently and efficiently on my behalf. XX tells me that you have gone over and beyond the call of duty, even to the extent of clearing out the rubbish at the last minute from the roof space and that you and Nick personally went up there to make sure that it was all out. Once again many thanks. I can certainly recommend your firm to my friends in Exeter should they need your sort of service. Yours sincerely, MC

FacebookExcellent service and communication from first meeting to exchange of contracts. Multiple viewings were arranged and accompanied by James who provided detailed and timely feedback to us. An excellent offer was received and accepted within the first few days of the property being marketed. All minor queries were efficiently dealt with and liaison with both solicitors was rapid and thorough. Superb marketing brochure and competitive pricing. Would recommend without hesitation.
