GoogleRented from Martin and co for three years and nothing but endless problems. Landlord let drug addicts live in the building and when we moved out we had to wait for 2 months before we got our deposit back and they took a £100 of our money for cleaning which was not really needed. Rubbish company to rent from

GoogleSlow return of my deposit , nearly 2 Months , i was being overcharge for cleaning 250 . I had visits from landlord without to let me know , so unprofessional . If you don't want to waste time , money and to became anxious , i will recommend you not yo use this company !

GoogleAfter being badly let down by other agents Martin & Co let my 3 bed house with in one week of putting it on the market. The staff in the office were always very helpful and polite... Superb service!!! I will certainly recommend them to anybody wishing to rent their property in the Exeter area.

I don't understand what happened to warrant such an ill mannered response to my request for an update of their services. I have to vote with my feet based on today's interaction. If you have to deal with this company, deal with Maggie, she's lovely.

They have found tenants for two of our properties and Madeline especially gives honest and extremely helpful advice and recommendations. Their rates are very competative. We have used other letting agents previously but Martin & Co are definitely the best!

GoogleI have always used Martin & Co to let out my properties and they are excellent. From finding tenants to managing the lets their customer service has always been brilliant. As they now also do sales, I have had a couple of my own properties appraised and their fees are exceptional.

GoogleI made five calls to try and get one single viewing; only one person ever bothered to return my call and then didn't get back to me afterwards. On my sixth call the property had apparently sold?! Its a joke, barely any effort made whatsoever.
