GoogleMoved out property end of 2018 left the place spotless and now being told the place is to u tidy for people to move in and also me and my wife having to live in damp for 2 years and she had ambulance called for her health as well still no deposit back and they expect me and my wife to live in freezing cold in our new place Don't go with these people

GoogleWe used Martin and Co to sell our grandmothers house. Couldn't fault their professional approach and tenacity in chasing down problems. They really had to work for their money with a very difficult buyer that pulled out eventually as predicted. . The buyer was also happy i believe and kept informed along the way. It is nice to find a company that does what it says it would.

GoogleVery rude asked about a possible viewing and got told to stop looking because no agency would let to us. It went along the lines of this women saying ' no one should let to us' and that 'we shouldn't be allowed to live together'. I didn't know friends were not allowed to live together, nor did i realise that it was their business. Would give zero stairs but that wasn't a possibility.

Sophie and her teammate have been amazing, when some issue in the toilet, they have a quick response and fix that problem. Definitely recommend this company.

GoogleRented from Martin and co for three years and nothing but endless problems. Landlord let drug addicts live in the building and when we moved out we had to wait for 2 months before we got our deposit back and they took a £100 of our money for cleaning which was not really needed. Rubbish company to rent from

GoogleThey won't give you your deposit back without a struggle. It dosent matter whether you leave your house spotless. They will give you a hard time with your deposit. They won't answer the phone sometimes and they will give you lies and fluff basically and not give you your deposit back in the allocated time they promised they would.
