Following the launch of our Student landlord service in 2013 this part of our business has grown year on year and continues to be much in demand. As part of our specialist service in this sector we provide practical unbiased advice including a free property handover survey on any new property they purchased. GoogleWe used Martin & Co to sell our parents house after they passed away. Previously we tried selling through another agent without success. We had used Martin &Co to manage rental properties so decided they could list our house. We sold very quickly and found the whole process easy. Nik and his team are so friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these agents to anyone.

GoogleWe have been letting our property with Alice and the team at Martin and CO for the last 10 years, we wanted to move a family member into our property, but this did create problems for us regarding our tenant moving Out. Alice helped us with emails and correspondence throughout the whole journey until the day the tenant moved out, I would add............. knowing we were moving in a family member and would not require Martin and Co. services any longer. GoogleRosie and her team did a fantastic job managing the sale of our property. The sales photos and description were excellent and we were provided with regular updates throughout the process. Very impressed with the team in the office who were fast and efficient. GoogleAs a graduating international student renting a property for the first time in the UK, Martin & Co., especially their property manager Alice Norsworthy, has been nothing but helpful. From the start of our rental journey, to viewing, to referencing and finally getting our place, Alice has been exceptionally helpful and efficient, allowing us to find a place within two weeks! Martin & Co. have been friendly, and were able to answer all our (countless) questions, and ease our worries, and I highly recommend Martin & Co. for a friendly, stress-free renting experience.

GoogleThe best letting agency in the UK as far as I am concerned. I am used to agencies taking weeks for “reference checks” and having to hassle them for updates but to my surprise, within two days from viewing to reference checks, I had an agreement. They also use a really great and reliable agency for checks. Their staff are so nice too. I had a real feeling of support. Shout out to Chris who promised to let me know if they had suitable properties ( and he did), Duncan (the nicest man) and Emy ( so patient). And of course all the team who I spoke to on phone and those working behind the scenes. I will be sure to spread the word to new friends and acquaintances alike as soon as I am settled in.

Their emergency hotline is also very responsive in the event of an emergency. (26/6/23) Just finalized my check-out with Martin&Co. and I am very grateful for the speedy service in regards to deposit return as well as facilitation of the check-out in general.
