GoogleThis was the smoothest house renting experience I have ever had. The circumstances were unusual. I was in training like three hours away and it was impossible to go for proper viewing. The staff were absolutely understanding and offered to do a video viewing. They included so much detail that I didn't need to go down for a physical viewing to decide. From that point forward, the whole process was a breeze. the staff were friendly guiding me through the referencing process all through to the final agreement signing. The move-in date was even adjusted to suit my schedule. Every query I had was responded to promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Alice Norsworthy and Emy Horsell were just a great help. Even after moving in, Alice continues to be a great help. I got great links that have helped me get set up quickly with my utilities and general settling down. My experience with Martin & Co Exeter Lettings was simply wonderful and I recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in a region they cover. You wont regret it.

GoogleThe service we have received from Martin & Co, as landlords for the past 3 years, and more recently when selling our property has been exceptional. All of the staff, and in particular the property manager, Alice, are brilliant. They are very efficient and respond quickly to any queries and manage any issues in a professional and timely manner. The sale of our property was very straightforward and they handled it quickly and expertly. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to either rent or sell their property.

GoogleThis is the first time that I've used a rental agency, and can honestly say, how lucky that it was with Martin & Co. From the start they have acted very professionally and been so helpful if and when I've needed some assistance. They were so quick to act when any work was required on the property. Communications were excellent with them too. All the staff are so helpful, polite and hard working. I would definitely use these guys again should I need to. Highly recommended 👌

GoogleOver the past month and a half my husband and I have worked with upwards of ten letting agents trying to find a flat. Overall most agents were polite and professional but Martin & Co were by far the most hard working and easy to communicate with. We worked with Sophie and Alice and both treated us with professional friendliness and were quick to answer questions and explain things all other agents from other companies hadn’t mentioned about this process. We just spent our first night in our lovely new flat and could not be happier with the service provided by Martin & Co to get us here. They went above and beyond in many ways and we highly recommend this company.

They helped with the process of moving into the property as well as moving out. GoogleMartin & Co Exeter manage 2 properties for us and we can't recommend them highly enough. The staff are excellent, especially Alice who has always been brilliant, they respond very quickly to any queries and manage any issues/maintenance in a very efficient manner. We previously had a letting agent we were not totally happy with, if you are in that position contact Martin & Co - you won't be disappointed

Googlejust part of the tricks that Martin & co don't tell you about, and that's how you get the house after you've paid the deposit and the rent, and when you want to ask for the money back because it's not what they promised, you can't do it anymore. I will show you just a part of them , run from this company, horrible treatment and after you clean the house and make everything to look like new throws you out . I already spoke with a lawyer to make them pay for everything. Not recommended 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Their management has been responsive and they have worked hard to ensure that both we and the tenants are kept informed of the progress of any works. When we decided to sell it was a no-brainer for us to use them for this too. The quality of the listing was excellent and they quickly secured us a buyer for an excellent price. Chris and his team are lovely people to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleAfter trying other agents without success Martin & Co have exceeded my expectations again and sold one of my properties after only 3 weeks on the market. Chris (the business owner) has many years in the property business and he gave me honest advice which has proved 100% accurate. I would certainly recommend the team at Martin & Co and Chris in particular.
