As part of our success and the subsequent expansion of the business we have now relocated to new larger offices on South Street in the heart of Exeter City centre. Following the launch of our Student landlord service in 2013 this part of our business has grown year on year and continues to be much in demand. Potential new landlords continue to contact Martin & Co Exeter as the Buy to Let sector grows. As part of our specialist service in this sector we provide practical unbiased advice including a free property handover survey on any new property they purchased. We recognise every buyer, seller, landlord and tenant is different. Whether it's a buyer looking for an investment property or a landlord looking to achieve the maximum return on their investment or to ensure that the right tenant is placed in a much valued family home, we promise to deliver a comprehensive and flexible service that suits our customers not just us.
