Martin & Co Exeter Specialist in residential property sales and residential lettings. Owned and operated by seasoned landlord and residential property specialist Chris Perring and superbly supported by a highly skilled local team Martin & Co Exeter Letting and Estate Agents continue to be the agent of choice in the area with a high level of success and customer satisfaction. As part of our success and the subsequent expansion of the business we have now relocated to new larger offices on South Street in the heart of Exeter City centre. Following the launch of our Student landlord service in 2013 this part of our business has grown year on year and continues to be much in demand. Potential new landlords continue to contact Martin & Co Exeter as the Buy to Let sector grows. As part of our specialist service in this sector we provide practical unbiased advice including a free property handover survey on any new property they purchased. We recognise every buyer, seller, landlord and tenant is different. Whether it's a buyer looking for an investment property or a landlord looking to achieve the maximum return on their investment or to ensure that the right tenant is placed in a much valued family home, we promise to deliver a comprehensive and flexible service that suits our customers not just us. It's this sort of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction that has allowed us to become one of the premier Exeter Letting and Estate Agents. Following sustained demand from buyers and sellers we launched our Property Sales Martin & Co Exeter activities in 2013. Our honest, friendly and professional approach to property sales combined with our expert local knowledge and market-beating rates make a refreshingly different and highly successful Estate agent

GoogleDreadful. Those people should not do business. However, the good thing is: those comedians are not running a hospital or (God forbid) piloting an airplane. Had the same experience than poster Steven Tribe. The prodigies won't reply to inquiries.
