Also super impressive was the way Imran always made himself personally available - nothing was too much trouble. This team also highlighted how bad the team on the other side were ! I would like to say a big thank you in particular to Manny and Heather. Selling a property is very stressful, I had no idea. But both Manny and Heather helped me every step of the way. When I couldn't understand what was needed, literally talking me through various questions to updating me each step of the way. I know there are firms that may charge less, but I will never regret choosing to use Knights. I felt like my case mattered, and I always had an email or telephone reply the same day if not in a mater of an hour or two. And I would like to add extra big thank you when toward the end of the process the other side was being difficult and unreasonable. Manny and Heather allowed me to express my anxiety and were very reassuring. And the icing on the cake was that they somehow managed to complete on the day that I needed them to!
