Tia has been amazing! Since the start she has been on top of things and replies very quickly to our emails. No delays whatsoever from her end and she made the process stress free from the solicitor point of view. All the documents were sent appropriatly. There is a big team in Knights, which is a double edged wepon. It means that you will always find someone to answer your query yet it might be someone you are unfamiliar with. But to be honest, there internal communication system is amazing and we never felt that the person answering our question is out of loop. The quote she provided us with initially was very accurate and nothing changed when we had out completion statement. I highly recommend Tia and the team!

David WIllis and his team were excellent

We just bought and sold in Oxshott/Cobham and were recommended David. This is not the cheapest service but you get what you pay for! I must also call out the excellent service provided by the wider team including Robertas K, Harriet H and Samantha C. Everyone I engaged with were professional, efficient and supportive. David also worked late on a Friday to ensure the chain "held" and exchange happened, despite issues arising further "up the chain". I would strong recommend David and his team.

A top class service from Knights

A top class service from Knights for my Mum's house sale. Joanne Robinson, supported by Lucy McKenna, were brilliant from beginning to end - very responsive, understanding of our circumstances and proactive and thorough in their communications. The Knights fee was higher than other quotes I received but Joanne was open and transparent about this and took the time to explain why (namely that they take on limited cases so that they can provide a better service). She put me at ease from day one which is why I decided to appoint them. The exceptional service absolutely justified the premium, and I would strongly recommend Knights (specifically Joanne) to anyone selling a property.

Excellent Throughout

I can't speak highly enough of the services provided by Knights, particularly by Lauren Rose and Linda Gregory, who handled my case with exceptional professionalism. Previous experience with other property solicitors had been far from positive to say the least, but Lauren and Linda were brilliant throughout. They kept me up to date with all key priorities, the progress that was being made, and were always open and responsive to my questions, which as a first time buyer, was a huge help and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I have recently completed the sale of a property and knights have been great throughout, from the initial conversation to the completion i have felt at ease and confident in all Knights have done,a massive part of my experience was dealing with Nick Raynor who I must say was absolutely fabulous throughout the process, Nick was always professional throughout what can only be describe as difficult circumstances he always kept me up to date with all information and chased after the estate agent and buyers solicitor without me having to ask, I can not thank Nick enough for all the work he put into this and I can not put into words how much I would recommend Knights and especially Nick. Smooth handling of complex sale and purchase

At the start of our moving journey we had wondered whether or not to use Knights as all our dealings over some years had been through IBB and we were concerned that the acquisition by Knights might have changed things. Our fears were soon allayed and the sale of our house, which had a complex interest, moved forward smoothly until the buyer's solicitor woke up at the eleventh hour and started to raise issues, perhaps to make up for his earlier lack of visibility to his high profile clients. The sale completion process was straightforward though we found the online paperwork took some getting used to. Completion of our purchase took place two weeks later and was similarly easy. Huge thanks to Gary and his team for their work on our behalf.

Our move has been complicated, particularly as one Buyer pulled out, just as Contracts were to be exchanged! Linda and Jaspreet recently completed a conveyance, a little more complex than a normal sale involving an LPA and partial disclosure. The counterparty were difficult to say the least, in this situation having one solid fixed point is critical. Knowing I had a person like Linda involved reassured me I had the best chance of resolving problems that can appear during a sale. We used Knights for both the sale and purchase of our properties. Whilst our journey was not smooth with a slow market and buyers pulling out last minute, Knights were exceptional, they were patient, dilligent and preoffesional. We had a very small window to then complete when a deal came available and the excellant work of Kimberly, Lucy and the team, was second to none, we made the very tight deadline and was able to get funds moved early to ensure a hassle free and smooth move in day, completing at 1030 am, a great time im surecwe can all agree for home sales. I would absolutely use Knights and recommend them to anyome, as i stated we were from no fault of our own, problerm clients with deal changes and ever changeing windows of completion, not once did Kimberly or Lucy faulter or complain, and completed ahead of time, excellant service.

Charlotte Ridgway - consummate professional

I can only comment on Charlotte Ridgway from Knights Oxford (though I believe she travels to multiple branches). Charlotte is incredible, she goes above and beyond, is professional, vastly knowledgeable, efficient and the speed of addressing what needs to be done and ability to act in your best interest is phenomenal. This was a somewhat complex house sale and I really didn't need to worry about anything, I absolutely did not need to call or chase things, Charlotte was 'on it'. I was in hospital and struggling, Charlotte came to the hospital to help with paperwork and to help move things along more quickly and easily. I was deeply touched by this. I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her paralegal Courtney Hobson was also highly efficient and always charming to correspond with. Charlotte is a consummate professional and extremely good at what she does, full of integrity and an all round lovely human being. A total asset to Knights.

When we sold a property several years ago, our buyer used Angela Arnold at Rix & Kay in Brighton. We were very impressed with her professional can-do approach and when we had another property in the same building to sell, we appointed Angela and her team to act for us. It proved to be a wise decision as there have been a number of hurdles along the way. That included Rix & Kay being merged into Knights.
