An exceptional, faultless and brilliant team effort!

I've dealt with a lot of solicitors and conveyancers in my years, and they've all been terrible. But my most recent experience with Knights was exceptional. They represented us for my jointly owned flat sale, in a long and uncooperative chain. The whole team navigated us safely through a relentless barrage of unreasonable challenges, delays, enquiries, and all the nonsense of property selling and buying. We felt protected and fully supported all the way by a brilliant team, all at a decent cost. They were thorough, diligent, and available at reasonable times, very responsive, and entirely knowledgeable, not only about conveyancing, but with my freehold management and how to answer enquiries legally and responsibly, and other unusual challenges we had. I'm planning another move this year and will definitely be instructing Knights again.

High standard of service

Knights have carried out two separate transactions for us and both experiences have been fantastic. The professionalism and dedication shown by Charlotte, Courteney and Tamara have all been outstanding in delivering a great service.. As a legal entity, the firm has proven that it holds great value in reaching a positive outcome for its clients, including a higher quality of care and humanity. Charlotte in particular has worked beyond the realms of her role by working outside of her office hours to help us during a difficult situation, she gave us confidence and constant reassurance throughout our transaction. Charlotte has exceeded our expectations and provided an exceptional service. The law firm has shown a great deal of ethical and moral values, a high standard of service and has etched itself into our lives. For any legal matters we will be using Knights only.

Knights Solicitors Property Conveyancing

From our first contact with Knights Solicitors they stressed that they would provide a high quality service for the sale of our property. They delivered fully on their promise and helped push through the sale in good time while providing us with constant updates. The solicitors ( Sarah-Louise Green and Rebecca Bolton ) were very responsive to any enquiries. You certainly pay a higher fee for using Knights but if you want a professional service that works hard to complete your property sale quickly then I would fully recommend using this Company's services.

We have been involved with Knights as executors of a will.

We have been involved with Knights since September 2025 as executors to a will. We had no previous experience in this capacity and were somewhat daunted by what we should need to do. Amanda Paardekooper undertook the conveyancing work in the sale of the property. She has given tremendous support, sound advice and guided us through the legal process. Communication at all stages has been excellent and has always been available to provide help whenever we have needed it. Further work is now in progress by Charlotte Cooper to complete the final stages as required. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Knights and members of the team with whom we have had dealings. Brilliant service.

Had a meeting via teams to discuss…

Had a meeting via teams to discuss updating/ new wills wasn’t told of a charge at beginning of meeting only at the end which we had no control over was told if we went ahead it would be a Fixed price of £2,000 or time spent which with vat which was still £1,300 or so but that’s not all then charge to sent letters out monthly?wouldn’t actually give a price which we thought to be to expensive don’t recommend anyone using this company as they are just out to make money knight plc.com kings hill west malling

Efficient and reliable

Quick responses within half a day. We were assigned a team of two people (Kirsten and Ben) so we always had someone on hand when the other was away from the office. Clear and helpful communication. The properties we were moving from and to were both in Oxfordshire while Knights' office is in Portsmouth, but this didn't seem to cause a problem. My past experience with solicitors has been very hit and miss - Knights are one of the good ones and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't have asked for better

Couldn't have asked for better. Communication was excellent throughout, every progress enquiry was met with a quick, clear response, which made a real difference during what turned out to be a particularly tricky sale, with the Building Safety Act adding extra complications along the way. Kirsten, Shona, Reemin and the wider team were all consistently professional and helpful, and got us over the line with minimum fuss. Highly recommended

We have just used Knights solicitors…

We have just used Knights solicitors Plc for the conveyancing on both the sale and purchase of our old and new homes. From start to finish the service we received was flawless. Rachael Billam and Lauren Rose were absolutely amazing. We accepted an offer on our property quite quickly and then struggled to find one for quite a few weeks, once we did they managed to turn around the conveyancing on our purchase in under six weeks, this meant remarkably that we were able to exchange even earlier than our buyers had anticipated. I think what made the whole experience much easier is that they were always contactable and dealt with queries almost immediately.

From good service at Mundays to a deeply distressing experience with Knights I was a satisfied Mundays client before Knights took over. My experience since has been appalling. Despite my understanding that Cala would fund my legal fees, and Cala paying my replacement solicitors, Knights pursued me personally for disputed additional charges. I complained in February 2025. Knights promised a final response by 7 April. I have received no substantive final determination. I then discovered a County Court judgment through an enforcement notice, having received no claim papers. I am challenging it. Disputed charges, an unresolved complaint and unexpected enforcement: a deeply distressing experience. I would not recommend Knights.

Sent nasty letter to me on behalf of landlord

Sent a letter to me on behalf of my landlord SNG threatening legal action for repair works that were delayed to be carried out even though the repair was already booked in. Rathar than mediating, the law firm sent an unsigned letter threatening and intimidating me to comply which came across as coercive and unfair considering my health issues. Though my landlord were in the wrong and later apologised for the letter, the apology should have come from the law firm for acting on false information from my landlord. Still no apology from them.

Exceptional service

Georgia Driver was exceptional for both our house sale and purchase. Been out of the housing market for 30 plus years and Georgia and her team were on the ball throughout the entire 5 months. Very professional and efficient throughout and kept me updated 100% of the time. If it wasn't for Georgia's persistence in chasing things up, the chain would have been severely delayed.
