I would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent office in Banstead. Estate Agents in general have a very bad reputation. However I honestly found the people who worked at Personal Agent to be incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very friendly, very approachable, very honest and always very professional. I couldn't fault them. From the day we instructed them until the day we moved out they provided a first class service. The details and photographs about our house were excellent and showed our house to its full potential. They continually kept in touch with us and always gave us feed back after a viewing. After a very short time when we had an offer on our house they liaised with us and the buyer extremely well and kept both parties in the picture as to what was happening. On the day that we moved out Tom turned up to wish us well in our new house. I personally could not recommend Richard and the team at Personal Agent in Banstead highly enough.

Sue & Joe were amazing and found me the perfect house in a great location.They were really aware of what I needed since I work from home and also within my budget.Sarah progressed the sale so efficiently and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an agency whilst moving.I really felt from beginning to end they were involved and supportive. A great team to have beside you at such a stressful time! Can’t praise them enough.

The team at personal agent are amazing!!!I had my property on with another "cheaper" agent for weeks with relatively little joy, communication and most importantly offers. I contacted the personal agent who were on the case straight away. Viewings were booked by Charlotte and Joe that were qualified and suitable. Communication was clear and accurate and an offer was received so quickly I was amazed (also higher than the other agent had suggested). The team were also really helpful in securing our onward move. Informing us of properties even before they hit the market. Sarah has been amazing at pushing the process through.I'm a huge fan of the personal agent and will only ever use them going forward. Worth every penny!!!

Cheryl and her team, Ria, Daniellle and Joe, did a great job. Everything was straight forward. From meeting at the property, providing details of the fee structure, agreeing the rental amount, marketing, feedback and monitoring. We were also guided through what was required of us EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates etc. A tenant was soon found. Tenancy agreement signed, Inventory drawn up and handover all carried out smoothly. I have used The Personal Agent quite a few times over the years and thoroughly recommend them.

The team at both Stoneliegh and Ewell branch at the Personal Agent have been fantastic. After seeing a property come up online we contacted The Personal agent and were booked in for a viewing the very same day. Not only did they book us in to view the property we requested to see, but our estate agent Paul, took the initiative to show us some other similar properties in the area. This was extremely helpful, as viewing others just solidified our decision to put an offer on the house we are now calling our “forever home”!As soon as we had made our offer, Paul didn’t delay contacting the vendor and from that moment on, he was contacting us at every stage of the offer process through to the offer being accepted and finally handing over the keys on completion. Throughout the whole selling stage, we had the lovely Cat who was just great. She was our “go to” person for when we felt that things were slowing down in regards to exchanging and completing. Cat would take my calls and deal with any of my worries and concerns and would send me updates regarding any news she had heard in relation to the sale process. Both Paul and Cat were the personal touch that made what could be an extremely frustrating and stressful process, informative and relatively stress free. Thank you Personal Agent for helping us buy our new home. You won’t be seeing us for a while but if we ever do decide to sell... we shall be in touch!

Epsom is renewed for its racecourse and, using this analogy for estate agents, the Personal Agent is the "trainer head and shoulders above the rest". My son and I were delighted by the team who delivered on promises, photographs, professionalism, communication and getting past the winning post.The jockeys rode well and delivered with Sue Boardman excelling in the final furlong.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the best overall result for their property transactio.

Since day 1 at The Personal Agent, Richard and his team in Epsom have been absolutely amazing. Helpful, supportive and available at anytime night or day. The communication and information received was swift and regular - always delivered with a smile! I can’t fault this team one bit. The sale of our house hindered by our purchase was managed beautifully with the sale transaction being smooth and faultless! Couldn’t recommend the Personal Agent enough. 5 stars all round!

Terrible experience. Total lack of respect for potential tenants and current tenant. Hustled and rushed into a viewing, given a ridiculous 5 minutes - estate agent managed to quickly gloss past any ‘dodgy bits’. 5 minutes is not anywhere near enough time to look properly and make informed decisions. The complete disregard towards us was very obvious. Just book another hour of your time at least, so that everyone has 10 minutes. Really not that hard. Oh that note the current tenant had obviously been given no warning and the agents just barged their way in before he had even returned home from work. Just embarrassing. After hussling us and giving all the usual estate agent ‘speel’ we then were left for over a week with no correspondance, despite chasing, to then be told the current tenant had decided to stay. Total waste of our time. Their complete lack of respect for our time means we will of course be avoiding them like the plague - if this is they way they treat PROSPECTIVE tenants, goodness knows how they treat current ones when there are problems. The moment we heard the property was agent managed that was enough to put us right off.

I have spoken to them though and please find their response below.I know you spoke to Bradley on Saturday, and he explained what had happened, but I would like to follow up in writing in response to your feedback.The landlord instructed us to market the property, so we carried out viewings 10 minutes apart. We received offers and put these forward to the Landlord. We were then informed by the Landlord that the property was no longer available and sadly we had to let people down.We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and for wasting your time. I have tried contacting you a couple of times to apologise personally. Who to choose? Someone professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest and must have integrity. I chose 'The Personal Agent'. Got a valuation, exactly what I thought. Now the timing. The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting. Andrew re-assured us with timely calls. 60 days later, contracts exchanged and looking forward to moving into our next home. Andrew, you and your team are brilliant. Many thanks, John and Carol

Moving house is a daunting prospect and how do you choose an agent from the bewildering array that are available? That was my question but from the moment I met Chris and his team in The Personal Agent I knew I had made the right choice. They could not have been more helpful and supportive but without being pushy or intrusive. They were always available, always courteous and friendly and 'did the job' efficiently. What more could you ask?

We turned up to a viewing 12 mins late after calling the office to tell them we would be late as stuck in traffic, when we arrived there was no one there, No phone call to say we are leaving, nothing,,,When we called the office to ask where Maria was we were told he couldnt get hold of her...?? And basically his attitude was tough you were late ...Avoid ,,,Terrible customer service... RUDE staff !!! Stoneleigh Branch

Sarah was a star!We had already sold our house and needed to move very swiftly. We viewed a house and less than 5 weeks later we have exchanged contracts largely due to Sarah’s professional manner and timely response to our queries. Very glad that we insisted that Sarah was the sole contact in the Sales Progression Team acting on our behalf!! Moving is super stressful but managed well with Sarah!
