Really impressed with Sue Boardman from the Personal Agent in Epsom for her persistence in making sure the chain worked and we got to exchange of contracts despite some complications. I suspect quite a few of us in the process (including me) weren't the easiest to deal with but she continued to be professional and pleasant and at long last we achieved the goal we were hoping for. I would like to thank Sue in particular for her dedication and for making every attempt to obtain information for me during the whole process - she rang me almost every day, even I suspect when it was difficult to do so. I bought my house through Personal Agent after a recommendation from a friend. The service has been excellent in what was a complicated procedure. However everyone was really professional particularly Sarah Goddard. She liaised constantly with all of the chain and was instrumental in achieving exchange. The solicitors that Personal Agent recommended were also extremely efficient and friendly. They kept in constant contact and therefore I would also recommend Oakleybennett to anyone moving house. I am so happy to be on my way next Thursday.

Sarah effectively managed the communication and messaging between ourselves and our buyers and more importantly the solictors. She went above and beyond as a `sales progressor` and did far more than just progress things. Prompt to respond to queries and calls and give you honest answers when needed - she is a real asset to the company.
Thank you for your review.As previously pointed out to you we did not say in any of our marketing that your maisonette had three bedrooms. It was always marketed as two bedrooms, and you signed off on all of your marketing material confirming it as a two bedroom maisonette.Because you put a bed in your garage at the bottom of your garden does not mean that we can call it a three bedroom maisonette! When the buyers solicitor then asked for an indemnity insurance for the garage to class it as a third bedroom, and you expected us to cover the cost, of course we refused to pay for that. And true to your word, as you said, if we did not cover the cost you would post bad reviews about us.Regarding your solicitors. We recommend the services of several different companies who act efficiently and honestly, which makes each transaction smoother and faster. The solicitors we recommend have a range of prices to suit all budgets. AVRillo are typically more expensive than some others, but they have consistently shown they are the most efficient to work with, which is a service many clients are keen to pay for.We had hoped that having successfully sold your property for the money you wanted ( when your previous agents had failed to do so ) you would have been happy with the successful outcome. We are sorry this is not the case, and we wish you all the best for the future.

What can I say. Paul at Personal Agent in Stoneleigh was incredibly professional and dealt with the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of our new house. This was also through the stressful times of COVID. He was always at the end of a phone to answer any queries and was very knowledgable. If we ever had a leave of our senses and decided to move again there’s only one place we would go to again. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team any higher.
