We have just sold our house with The Personal Agent in Epsom, and I have to say they were exceptionally good! Chris Shaw, who was our initial contact, was helpful, really pleasant to deal with, and always returned phone calls, we never had to chase or wonder what was going on. Sarah Goddard took over our 'case' once the ball was rolling, and she worked SO hard to get everything through to completion, not an easy task with a chain of 5 during the Covid pandemic. Sarah was helpful, understanding and communicative, she always kept us updated and we always felt as though she was really pushing for us to get to completion. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I wish all estate agents were like this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent, Epsom and if you get Chris or Sarah to look after you, you're on to a winner! Thanks guys.

Administration and communication are always timely and complete, she resolves issues quickly keeping both tenant and owners very happy. I have just purchased a flat through the personal agent . When I visited the flat for the first time I was introduced to Tom Iddenden and he remained my contact throughout the process. Tom was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying and I felt he was honest and allowed me as long as I needed at the property. I would like to start saying I have almost never had good experiences with state agents. I find that they often lie, push you over and will put their interest over anything. I did not feel that this was the case with the people I encountered at The Personal Agent. Perhaps is a great thing that they seem to be local people selling within their area. So if you are looking for a human touch and an approachable team, this could be the place. I hope other big names will take example and change their ways.

Had such a pleasant experience working with Connor and the team. Helpful at every step of the way and were able to answer my questions swiftly and confidently. They also put me in touch with the landlord who is really quite lovely! Compared to other letting agencies in the area (and I was in touch with basically all of them), they're above the rest.
