Right from the start viewing with Simon was so easy. Never rushed and very informative. Sarah then came and always had a smile even though every time we viewed it was pouring down with rain. When I rang the office Sammy was so helpful with any information and couldn’t do enough. From start to finish the staff at the Personal Agent have made our experience a good one.

We had the advantage of being a chain-free buyer. We put an offer in on a property and Personal Agent told us that we were up against one other buyer who was also chain-free. They persuaded us to increase our offer, which we did and we purchased the property. We later met the seller in person and they told us we were the only chain-free buyer who made an offer. So it seems that we paid more for the property because the estate agent lied.They were also the cause of a lot of contention between us and the seller throughout the purchase and seemed to enjoy stirring up whatever trouble they could. Zero integrity and professionalism.

Having dealt with over 30 agents in South West London I can honestly say that the Personal Agent provided me with the best service - no sales tactics just a helpful, friendly and highly personal service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, who went over and above to meet my needs. Chris was responsive, professional and helpful at all times through the process and has helped find us our dream rental at a time when the market is highly competitive. He even kindly dropped me to the station after the viewing because the walk was quite a distance. Chris really did emulate the ethos of the agency. My Mum and I received a great service from Chris after finding a rental property on the Internet that we were keen to view. The entire process was seamless. Chris was always available at the end of the phone and e-mail to answer a range of questions I kept firing at him. He went out of his way on move in day to deliver keys to help us out. I would highly recommend The Personal Agent and Chris.

We wish to express our sincere thanks for the hard work and dedication of Daniel Bennett and the Personal Agent Team, Stoneleigh. We are part of a chain of buyers. Daniel is professional, action-oriented and works on behalf of the Vendors to resolve issues. Without Daniel’s hard work, we would not be able to close the on the property.Daniel is responsive and polite; he has more actions than words. When we have difficulties in the conveyancing and raise enquires, he came back every time, communicating with the Vendors and always suggesting a way to move forward. In the final week, there were mortgage issues with one in the chain, Daniel made a lot of effort and communication with the parties to chase for mortgage broker feedback and line up all parties for the deals. He knew the Vendors and our needs to move and helped all of us complete the mortgage date. Daniel’s service and customer caring are exceptionally good and impressive. He is willing to work honestly on Vendor and our shoes. Without Daniel’s drive for overcome the issues, the chain may have broken ( as my unpleasant experience with the average estate agent and solicitors). Lastly, Daniel has a pleasant character, he always smiles and works quietly. These help us a lot for stressful situations. He helps to keep Vendor and us in a very good relationship till now. Our family has some houses around and we have no hesitation to appoint Daniel for selling as well as recommending others who want to buy a property in the area.

This is the second time we have used Personal Agent to sell a property and on both occasions they have delivered a highly professional service from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in commending them to our family & friends. The initial valuation by Richard Digance was well informed and ensured the property was appropriately priced and we were kept fully updated by the Sales Team (and through their online dashboard) on the viewings booked. There were 5 properties in the chain and we could not speak more highly of the service we received from Sarah Goddard, Sales Progressor, to liaise with the rest of the estate agents and the solicitors in the chain to move the sale forward to a conclusion. There were a number of complications and communication issues further down the chain and Sarah took steps to ensure everyone clearly understood what the issues were and the need for pace to meet a mortgage drawdown deadline of one party lower down the chain. In our opinion Sarah’s combination of experience, tenacity and establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication was a critical enabler to the sale finally getting over the line.

Chris Sweby has done an excellent job marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant on time. He has been approachable and proactive throughout the process. I've been dealing with Personal agents in past as a tenant, as home buyer in 2018, and now they manage my property and I've had great experience with Cheryl and her team over these years. Highly recommend Personal agents!
