Trustpilot£5k over top valuation and faultless service
We've just sold my mum's house through the Personal Agent Epsom and thank goodness we chose them. Everyone from Richard at the initial meeting to Sue in Sales Progression was professional and highly knowledgeable. Best bit - the phone was ALWAYS answered promptly, and calls returned. They also navigated a communication difficulty between solicitors, which really was above and beyond. Thank you.

TrustpilotOur sale was looked after by Adam…
Our sale was looked after by Adam Latter from the Epsom branch. The service provided by Adam was brilliant from start to finish; keeping us informed about progress of the sale and chasing solicitors who were not as efficient as him!We would definitely use The Personal Agent, and Adam in particular, again.

TrustpilotAmazing agency!
Samantha from the personal agent is amazing! We are currently searching for our perfect family home and she’s been a star in arranging viewings, great communication, a highly skilled agent and has an amazing upbeat personality. I understand the importance of having a reliable, caring, and professional realtor on my side, Samantha has exceeded all expectations in this regard and we do believe she will help us secure our family home. She is very much highly recommended.

TrustpilotThese guys are very dishonest and never…
These guys are very dishonest and never tell the truth. They always lie regarding the prices and offers. we made an offer on a house and they lied to us saying someone offered much more than our offer and just saw the house was sold for less what we offered.....I believe they have their people and lie to Sellers regarding the offers and don't pass all offers to the seller only the low offers from their people and properly getting something under the table.
Thank you for your feedback. Obviously we are disappointed with a one star review. We assume the above feedback is regarding an offer you made on a house in Ardrossan Gardens which you did not secure? You were one of several offers on this property which were put forward to the owner. The owner chose to run with another offer for their own personal reasons, which was not as high as yours. This was the owners decision!!I can assure you we do not lie and all offers are put forward to our vendors.I note you have just completed on a property purchase through us too, so the assumption that we only pass on low offers and get something under the table is not true, as you are fully aware!

TrustpilotThank you for a brilliant experience…
Thank you for a brilliant experience viewing and hopefully, successfully purchasing a house through your Epsom Personal Agent - Sue Boardman. Utterly professional, efficient and able to provide us with detailed information on the property we were viewing. Despite Storm Dennis adding difficulties to a busy day, Sue was professional throughout and has made everything run smoothly and effectively with the process so far. Thank you!

TrustpilotCouldn't have asked for more
Sarah, our Sales Progressor, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of our sale and purchase over many months in a chain with many moving parts and uncooperative third parties that was not easy to manage, and numerous obstacles that had to be overcome. Her diligence and persistence ensured a great end result. Sarah, and other colleagues that expertly handled the marketing, pricing, viewings, and sale of our property (Richard, John, Rosie, Nina, Chris, Adam, Morgan & Ray), are a credit to the company.

Sarah Goddard & Adam Latter were looking after my house transaction - both were fantastic!. Sarah in particular is exceptionally organised, efficient and professional. I had nightmare solicitors who almost derailed the entire process - this was thankfully avoided due to the relentless hard work and outstanding communication Sarah provided. Strongly recommend; a very capable, transparent and speedy team! Thank you!
