The Billingham office of Michael Poole estate agents dealt with the recent sale of our property in Billingham. We had tons of viewing and they gave us detailed feedback every time. When we received formal offers they 'qualified' the potential buyers properly and managed the sale process through to completion very professionally. I'm dead fussy but i would use them again. Even though we haven't used Michael Poole as our own choosen estate agents,Helen has gone above and beyond not only with our purchase, but with problems that we have faced with our own solicitors on the sale of our property. Her almost daily phone calls have kept me sane the past few weeks. She's advised, listened to and supported me through the whole process. I cannot thank you enough!
