Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.

GoogleI have had dealings with the Redcar and Eston offices. I found that there was good communication from both offices. This is good as selling or buying a house is probably the biggest purchase anyone makes. I was given realistic prices. I was selling and I found confidence in the agents I dealt with. I would definately recommend Michael Poole Estate Agents if you are in the housing market at the moment.

I used Michael Poole for their find and tenant service for my apartment. I felt very supported by the rental team at Michael Poole who in essence did everything that was needed. They came and took photos and talked me through the process in person. They arranged a viewing day for 3 prospective tenants which they dealt with without me. They dealt with references and other legalities for the interested tenant including preparation of the Lease. they will be settling my tenant into the property tomorrow. It all went extremely well.

GoogleI have found all the Michael Poole staff to be very kind, fair & professional at all times. From initial contact, taking photos & throughout the selling process. I dealt with staff from both Redcar & Eston branches. It was a difficult issue to begin with & from the start they were very diplomatic, understanding & respectful. They also communicated with the other party in selling the property and kept them up to date. I’m very appreciative of the advice & support I received- no question /or query was too much trouble. They handled viewings too & kept me in the loop throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them & have already done so to friends & colleagues. If I have need of an estate agent in the future I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

GoogleFrom the day we walked into the Office in Eston, Helen and the Team helped, supported and guided us through one of the most stressful times in my Mums life. After spending 52 years in the family home and downsizing to a 2 bed bungalow. Helen not only supported us with the purchase but also chasing solicitors and liaising with vendor to helping to arrange visits for tradesman when the survey came back with unexpected issues with the property. I would just like to thank helen and the team for their support through this tough time, they are a real asset to your company.

GoogleBrilliant service. From having my property valued I handed the keys to the Agent as the house was empty to allow them to show any respective buyer. All the hassle was taken away from me. Every time the house was viewed they asked for feedback and call me to inform me as well as informing me when anyone was viewing. You can only speak as you find and for me it was an excellent service dealt all the way in a very polite and professional manner. So a big thanks from me to all the staff in Michael Poole's Redcar

I have used Michael Poole stocktin for many sakes and purchases, I did use others before but once connected to this professional team I wouldnt go anywhere else. They work through any issues that arise in the sale process in a very ligical and pragmatic way. Luke, Marion, Emeline and all the team are easy to wirk with, highly recommended.
