TrustpilotExtremely Poor Communication and Lack of Support from Michael Poole
We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office, if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact. The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.

Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect. Particular mention to Matthew who valued the property with kindness and understanding but prize must go to Jack Johnston who was really supportive at a very difficult time. He kept my faith in the whole process and dealt with my emotions with the utmost respect.

Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.
