GoogleMy husband and I visited Micheal Poole Estate Agents as we are looking to purchase a family home as first time buyers, I must say the assistance received from Megan was excellent. She was quite knowledgeable about the local areas, giving advice on safe locations, schools, shopping distance and much more as we weren't sure as to the specific area we wanted to live. Thanks to to Megan's wealth of knowledge our search is narrowed and we came to a decision on the location as to where we will like our future home to settle. She has been in contact with us updating us on homes that she thinks might be suitable for us as we discussed and surely we feel confident that we are moving closer to our goal of purchasing our family home, thumbs up Megan!

Where do I start! I thought I was been pursued by bailiffs than an estate agent! Very pressured forceful, threatening way of sales and very very unprofessional! The property and Lettings market is moving fast paced because of these pressured and harassed agents! These people have no consideration that moving home and choosing a home is the biggest decision anyone will ever make! These sharks need to give tenants, and buyers breathing space and consideration that potential clients have busy work lifes and can not always respond to they pressured deadlines! Made by who ever the agent is!!! Unbelievable poor poor experience with pooles! Shame on you!
