GoogleWould highly recommend William H Brown especially Iga for anyone looking to rent. Iga was absolutely amazing with our property and never gave up with gaining us a property no matter what obstacles were thrown in her way. She stuck with us and kept us up to date on every step of the process, whether good or bad. If it wasn’t for Iga we wouldn’t have ended up with our lovely property and for her dedication, we are very grateful xx 😀😀😀😀

GoogleI had a very good experience with WHB, Grays. I would highly recommend Debby Black and Sarah Ellis from WHB Grays and Daniel Appleby from WHB Rainham. They provided excellent service and helped us finding a wonderful property which we really love to live in. GoogleHow do you describe the effort of a single individual in a few words? I cannot emphasise the gratitude that I have for SARAH ELLIS . She is the one of main reason that I am a homeowner today. Unfortunately my solicitor have failed to keep me well informed or up-to-date over the past few months and in particular the last two weeks of my purchase. However Sarah was the ONLY person who ALWAYS answered my calls and replied to my e-mails. She would call my solicitor and vendor solicitor regularly to keep escalating my queries on my behalf. Where others failed to maintain professionalism and lacked enthusiasm, Sarah was able to keep both her and my head above the water at all times. On occasions, I had almost given up on this purchase and decided to take my custom elsewhere. It was her persistence and hard-working ethic that led to the completion of this purchase. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and your help is highly appreciated. I am still struggling to answer the question: How do you thank someone who helps you buy your home? GoogleWe had one small hic up but that was not directly the fault of William H Brown. Debby Black my agent was always there for me be a gentle hand holding session or business questions. I have not sold a house before so found the process very stressful but Debby was my gaudian angel throughout and I would happily give her 5 stars. Also purchasing a replacement home and although this was through a different agency Debby is always there with advice and guidance.

GoogleI used WHB for the sale of our property and despite being in lockdown they managed to secure a good number of viewings. Having lost our initial buyer at quite a late stage, within 48 hours a new buyer had been found and once Paul had taken ownership of our file he worked extremely hard to ensure the sale progressed. I'm sure I was very demanding of him (!) however all parties were conscious of the pressure we were under from the developers of our new home. Overall all, a really good experience and Paul was very professional and a pleasure to work with.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI recently sold my flat & below is my review on my sales Progressor - Sarah Ellis. I was impressed with Sarah throughout the sale process. It was clear to me from when Sarah phoned to introduce herself that she doesn’t mess around, wants to get things done ASAP & is pro active. Sarah kept in touch regularly until the completion day & was the one who suggested an exchange & completion prompt to the buyers to get things to the end. I also don’t like messing about & like to get things done, so it was good to work with Sarah during this. Would definitely recommend Sarah.

I am giving it four stars now, as Neil has been so helpful and professional. Neil is quick to assist with queries and questions over the telephone. Neil sees the bigger picture. GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous service I had to chase up on viewings myself only to be told that they won’t be able to do the viewing 20 minutes before I was supposed to arrive and they would have to reschedule but don’t know when. Ironic considering when I told them that I was looking to move next month they said that’s not good enough they need someone immediately. What a waste of time and money to get there

GoogleIt’s no exaggeration to say that Rob Jones’ wise and timely actions were fundamental in making my purchase feasible, and getting it over the finish line, he’s a credit to his company and his trade. As a first-time buyer in the middle of a pandemic, there was obviously some trepidation about the purchase, and some added strain on all processes, especially in relation to lenders. With calm rationality, proactivity and good humour, Rob was able to navigate these tricky waters with relative ease. I could write pages on how welcome Rob’s approach was, but just want to highlight two instances that I feel give the measure of the man: 1. The offer stage: The buyers were somewhat anxious having had a previous sale fall through, and the asking price needed to be reduced in order to fall within my price range. Not only had Rob already managed to secure an additional £10k in comparison to other brokers’ offers, he then, without my initiation, spoke directly with the estate agent to assure him that A) all financial arrangements were ready to be initiated and, B) as a first-time buyer, the process would move rapidly, which was of key importance to the sellers. My final offer was accepted only a few hours later, and I have no doubt that Rob’s intervention was key. 2. Exchange / completion: Shortly before exchange / completion were due, my prospective lender (a major and generally reputable national bank) started to experience what could politely be called ‘administrative and communication issues’. Long story short, this resulted in continual delays, and more than one instance of the exchange being delayed on the day it was supposed to go through. The bank even tried to devalue the property by £10k due to an admin error following an unrequired third valuation after my instruction to exchange had been received by my solicitor. Rob was again proactive, this time to the point of tenacity, in chasing down answers, joining dots for the lender, and communicating with both my solicitor and the estate agent. Again, without Rob, I predict this would have fallen through. These are just two instances. However, in-between these times Rob’s almost universal availability, personable manner, reassurance and extensive knowledge made an always-difficult process so much easier. It was always a pleasure dealing with Rob, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second in using his services again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Not only has it run smoothly, efficiently and professionally, Alana has managed to get our first offer within 5 days of the property being put on the market. She explained everything that was happening and kept me up to speed on the viewings and offers coming in. Not only did she do all this, she also worked her day off to ensure the property went on the market before the weekend for weekend viewings to be made! It was very professional my estate agent Debby Black would always go above and beyond to have my questions answered. Nothing was too much. I contacted Debby after the initial viewing and I put an offer in that same day which was accepted.
