I just wanted to share my experience about William H Brown Estate Agents selling our home. Originally we went with multi agency with 3 estate Agents However it was clear from the outset that William H Brown were cut above the rest, Paul Hull did the original appraisal and his manor and professionalism was second to none!... After 2 weeks they had put forward the most viewings so I decided to go exclusive with William H Brown. They sold the house but this was only the beginning of the journey as the value in a good Estate Agent is in getting the house sale to exchange of contracts, Unfortunately our buyers dropped out of the sale but they found us a new buyer straight away and we have now exchanged contracts and should complete later this month. A big thank you to Paul and Debby for all your help. I would highly recommend William H Brown estate Agents in Grays

We had specific needs when we asked Paul to sell our house. He was able to not only reassure us but also found the perfect property for us to buy. Having an estate agent who sees you as people and not just an end result was a good feeling. Throughout the whole process Debby was such good support. She made us feel really important and understood our specific needs such as coordinating care for my husband. Her tact and skills at negotiating with buyer and seller are legendary plus Debby goes that extra mile, showing dedication to both us and her profession. We really felt confident in her hands. Chloe also needs to be mentioned for her reassuring presence both with visits to properties but her calm presence on the phone. It is often said that moving is a stressful process! But with this team we felt confident it would come to a good end. We are now happy in our new home and thank the team for their support.

I have had a fantastic experience with William H Brown Estate Agents Grays! They have been extremely helpful during my house purchase journey right from the start and till the end. Debby Black assistant branch manager at Grays was the lovely individual who introduced me to the house. She provided me with remarkable service. She has been excellent! Debby supported me throughout the whole experience, we had a few hiccups along the house journey but Debby helped me throughout and kept me motivated. She is a lovely individual and a huge asset to the company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chloe Turner at the Grays branch who showed me the house on several occasions even last minute she showed up and never said no to showing me around. Thank you Chloe! And finally I would like to thank Jenna Freemantle sales progressor who has been helping me complete the house purchase, she has been phenomenal. I cannot fault her! I could not have asked for a better brunch to take care of us. Hal was our mortgage advisor and he was nothing but excellent. He really took care of us as first time buyers and got our home within two months! He was more than happy to explain everything to us and he was literally available at anytime for us whenever we had a question. All of the members of staff in that brunch was so helpful and friendly. My experience has been very positive overall. Alana was great and put us at ease when she came to value our house.
