Recently bought a property through William H Brown. As a first time buyer it is a very daunting process. Summer Rudduck conducted the house viewing and was very good and professional throughout. I made my offer and was worried about guzzumping as the property was remaining on the market until mortgage offer was achieved. I was then handed over to Toni-Leigh who assisted with the sales progression. Due to the Christmas break, Paul Hull took over from Toni-Leigh for exchange and completion and throughout the communication was very good, I also had a lovely and enlightening conversation when I went to collect the keys. Overall great service and fast communication for follow up questions regarding the property. Thank you kindly to the William H Brown Team!!

The lady working there Debby Black was the agent that worked with us to make the offer on a house we wanted to buy. First of all they will push for their own mortgage advisor and lawyers otherwise the property will still be on sale online and getting views from the people. (This is after they accepted our offer) In the end we agreed to have our own mortgage advisor and to use their agency lawyers (Big mistake) This lawyers will never pick up the phone call, will almost never reply to our emails it was a nightmare getting any updates from them. We thought that maybe using their lawyers will make the things move faster because there was no chain but we learned that it was not the case. Also after we got the keys the previous owner left their rubbish in front and inside of the house, anyone buying a house please ask for a clean up property with no rubbish inside or outside. And of course we contacted the agency regarding this rubbish matter and guess what it is not their problem! Avoid this agency

I used William H Brown mortgage advisor to organise my mortgage for me and can't reccomend them enough. I'm a first time buyer and the process was overwhelming but Hal Plummer from the team was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and talk me through the process while I was property hunting. I didnt buy through William H Brown so can't comment much on the estate agent, but I did have a friendly service on any viewings and felt they listened to what I was looking for rather then just sending me every flat under the sun. I felt the service was very honest and trustworthy in an industry where you can easily be ripped off so am very grateful to them and would definitely reccomend.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized team. I contacted this agency regarding a property to let. Michelle initially promised to arrange a viewing but never followed up. After chasing them myself, I finally spoke with another team member who scheduled a viewing, only for it to be for a completely different property than the one advertised on their website. To make matters worse, they insist on collecting extensive personal information through forms before even allowing a viewing, which feels unnecessary and intrusive. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
