GoogleThey don't bother returning calls, nor do they bother with emails! I viewed a one bed on the 7th of March, I was told I'd get details about another viewing. Sent two follow-up emails, no replies, nothing.

GoogleMy wife and I appreciate the entire team at William Brown, from our initial contact with Michelle (very responsive and friendly) to viewing the property, filling out the application, reviewing paperwork with Michael & Neal before signing our contract, moving in, and now property management (Sian, who’s been excellent with support), they’ve all been excellent throughout the entire renting process (moving houses is hard work!). GoogleWe found the staff very helpful, especially Chloe who helped push the final sale stages through, liaising with both solicitors to move things along, we did have a lull when staff members changed around however as soon as Chloe was involved it did help move things along

GoogleGeorge came to see my property in Barking as I needed to rent it. He was very really helpful, kind and professional (contacted 2 other estate agents but George was the nicest!). I would highly recommend him! In the end I rented my flat to a friend so I did not need George's help any longer but even then he was really professional and kind - replied to my email promptly and was genuinely happy I found someone. I'll definatly contact him if I need his services in the future!

She ensured she kept me up to date especially if there were any delays which helped alleviate any worries. Sarah, gave me a moving home gift (Lovely Touch!) and was always really friendly and bubbly throughout our communication. Surprisingly enough the entire team are very helpful and were really nice. It is always good to have a upside to moving especially when we all know moving homes is stressful. Keep it up Team :)

GoogleRecently sold my property through them. It was a particularly difficult sale as it was part of a divorce as well as the management company being extremely awkward with providing information to solicitors. Allways kept well informed and very very helpfull staff. As I said it was a difficult sale due to the situation and it took 20weeks to complete. But this was made a lot quicker with the help from William H Brown who Was always very quick to get or ask assistance when they had obstacles especially when the management company became difficult to extract relevant documents and information for the solicitor. I want to thank all the staff Especially Sarah and Debbie for all their help and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

GoogleReally impressed with WHB and the service I have received. As a Landlord the sheer amount of rules, regulation and documentation that needs to be in place can be overwhelming. However I had the opportunity of working with George, a senior lettings negotiator from WHB and he took the time to explain everything, giving me different options to suit my needs. He also managed to get an agreed let in less than a week. George was fantastic with keeping me updated on the progress throughout. I have already enlisted George to help with my future investment properties. Thanks for everything!
