GoogleI have had a great experience as a purchaser with Ann-Marie. She was very responsive, personable and knowledgeable - both about the property itself, and in providing good suggestions. She has been helpful and prompt in responding to queries, and was also happy to arrange multiple viewings slightly outside of normal working hours to accommodate us. All in all, a great experience.

GoogleJoanne Clark showed us a property for sale in Woodford. She was at the site punctually, she showed us the property in a very good light and in a very professional manner. On the basis of Joanne's extremely good presentation, we were sorely tempted to make an offer, but we are over 75 and much too old to take on a property of that size. Joanne is a credit to her employers.

When they heard what Steve and his team achieved they made their buyer pay another 50k - and that shows thé différence between your average estare agent and thé Woodford Douglas Allen crew.
