I needed advice on buying a property and came across the Woodford Branch of Douglas Allen. What a fantastic bunch of people. Steve, Sheryce, Ledina and Chris were all enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. I used their solicitors and mortgage broker and it was straight forward and easy to purchase. Thanks guys

I have recently looked at many houses for sale in the area. Whenever the property was marketed by Douglas Allen a smile would appear on my face because I knew Dawn Reardon would be showing me around. She's very professional but makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, giving eloquent answer to any question you might have and always trying to accommodate my requests (last minute time changes etc). Overall she made my house hunting a better experience!

Jo was amazing. She was so helpful and has a wonderful smiley personality. She fully took onboard our requirements, and totally understood our position. She was prompt and followed up to arrange a viewing. At the viewing, she was extremely kind and informative about renovations and interior design. She combines practical with artistic flare. Highly recommend.

From the moment we met Ray at DA it was clear DA were professionals in a much maligned sector. Clear, honest and impartial advice, DA listened to what we wanted as an outcome and gave us their honest advice and assistance to achieve it. Highly recommended.

Khaleesha went above and beyond to really look after us! Even though we did not end up selling our house, I am truly grateful for all her genuine help and assistance! Stephen also came to value the home, and again, was super helpful, honest and I have no hesitation in recommending them both! A++ experience

The agent Donna was really rude & aggressive. On why I don’t want to buy a property after seeing it once. Will not be using Douglous Allen again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

A few months ago I made a visit to my local branch to make a few enquiries. I was welcomed by the team. I then proceeded to discuss a few different properties scattered around London. I sat with Riana for quite a while going through each property to better understand my options. Although I decided not to go ahead with the choices, I am compelled to write this review as she truly helped me better understand the industry entirely. Thank you so much for your time and assistance Riana much appreciated!

I had tried several other agents including online which meant I had lost out on money, After keeping in contact with Riana she was able to put my property on the market with Douglas Allen and arrange an open house where I had got the most viewing out of all the agents and was got an amazing response and received numerous offers, more than the other agents combined. I couldn't be more pleased with Steve for his service and advice. Extremely happy with the result and will gladly recommend to anyone.

I high recommend Douglas Allen Woodford team. Steve & Khaleesha have supported us throughout the sale of our house, giving us really valuable advice and regular updates. Steve especially helped us through the minefield that can come with selling a house and he really did put us as ease...helping us to understand the process fully, making it a great experience with a very positive outcome. Thanks to the whole Woodford team for your professionalism throughout... it’s been a pleasure.

Rumel came over to give a valuation on a Sunday, taking time out of his personal schedule to come and value our property - the service he provided was incredible, highly professional and very personable. Would highly recommend dealing with Rumel at Douglas Allen!
