I’ve been searching for a flat for a few months now, and during that time, I’ve encountered many estate agents. However, none have come close to the exceptional service provided by Dawn from Douglas Allen. Living far from the area I’m looking to purchase in, Dawn went above and beyond by organising an entire day of viewings to ensure I could make the most of my time there. Her professionalism and warm personality made the experience outstanding. Not only did she offer valuable advice throughout the day, but she also demonstrated a genuine understanding of my needs and preferences. “I highly recommend Douglas Allen. The staff were professional from the very start and helped the sale of my property to go very smoothly. When I met Rumel Miah, I had confidence in his knowledge of the local housing market and his ability to achieve a good price for my property. This confidence was well placed. He advised me on the best options for viewing my property and where I should pitch the asking price based on local comparables. Rumel was amazing throughout and he and his colleague James even created a beautiful short video of the property to be promoted on social media apart from the professional photography of my property. His team took care of everything for me including making sure that there was always somebody from their office to accompany any viewings taking place. Given how complex selling a property can be, I would recommend that you consider the whole package that Douglas Allen offer, and their professional and approachable nature, and don't just go with the cheapest quote you get from an agent who you don't have a rapport with. I can say this with confidence because my property was sold in a record shortest time frame of being advertised in the market in just 2 weeks…! For me this has turned out to be an amazing stress free experience for which I highly recommend Douglas Allen and special shout out to Rumel for all his hard work."

I don’t usually leave reviews but we had a really poor experience with this estate agent. Deceitful and underhand actions to sell a property from Stuart and his colleagues, they won’t put anything in writing and they’ll completely backtrack on their word at a moment’s notice. It’s a real shame since we had a really good experience with other estates agents during the purchasing process, which really put their service into perspective.
