If you want to be played around, lose money and time then this is the place to be. Wasted 11 months trying to buy a flat. Beyond useless and provided little to no information regarding a purchase of a leasehold flat. Kept postponing and ignoring my calls/emails and would only return them when wanted to pull out. Dishonest and incompetent are two words that come to mind. What should've been a straight forward enough purchase it was not. Supposedly chain free to the sellers being in a big chain. Have all the emails and screenshots if proof is required.
