GoogleThe team at Douglas Allen have been nothing short of wonderful dealing with the sale of my Mothers home. Rumel, James and Ann-Marie, we have giggled throughout this process, especially with Pigeon gate and James coming to the rescue to save said Pigeon from the chimney breast, mid viewings!!! Dear Ben S We are sorry to read your comments. In accordance with our Covid-19 procedures, we currently operate a locked door policy in our branches and customer visits to the office are by appointment only. We would therefore expect your enquiry to have been addressed at the door rather than from within the office, which would naturally require greater volume. Please be assured that whilst out Woodford Green office does not offer a lettings service, the staff are generally very helpful in referring prospective landlords and tenants to trusted letting agents in the area. GoogleTied me into a 5 month contract to sell my property, which I agreed to because they claimed to have buyers in line waiting to buy my property because they missed out on something identical nearby. This was not true. They are also massively more expensive than the competition
