GoogleI found Douglas Allen Estate Agents in wickford led by Stuart Pass to be first class. The staff were responsive on any queries i had and kept me informed every step of the way. GoogleWe sold our property under difficult personal circumstances, and the team at Douglas Allen were compassionate and professional in their advice and understanding of our situation. The sale coincided with the recent period of rapid interest rate rises, and property selling prices dropping, a daunting combination. Not so with this sales team (Alex, Terry, Natasha, Caroline, and the manager Stephen Ford) each and everyone held our hands through the seamless process, and gave us confidence. GoogleRecently complete with DA as a first time buyer and had mortgage advice - despite advice from 3 other brokers - and Andy stood out as the best and most knowledgeable. It also meant that Terry and Caroline called me about new properties that weren't even on RightMove yet and was therefore able to view them first hand. I have now complete on my sale and I’m so thrilled. I couldn’t thank them anymore than I can - amazing agents!!!

GoogleI can highly recommend this company they are very professional and helpful. I contacted them because of mobility issues and felt moving was my only option. On visiting the property Stuart explained the various options and alternatives. After thinking about the options over the weekend and discussing them with the family I have taken his advice and will be staying in my home. GoogleGreat service provided throughout my purchase of a property. A few times I was waiting on information about properties and a technical issue or two with the website, but other than that, they've provided great customer service and I've received all of the information I have required. The video tour of the property was one of my favourite features on the property listing. It gave a great idea of the layout and size of the place compared to other estate agents that only provide photos.
