What can I say other then wow! Stuart pass the manager and Natasha whom looked after me, were the most amazing, caring and generally honest people I have ever dealt with/known. I was promised the world from an online estate agents whom, failed me miserably. I contacted Stuart (the branch manager) and he assured me he would sell my property and refund me the money that I had paid, the usless On-line agent (that was non refundable) Again thank you again Regards richard

Christy at Wickford Douglas Allen is so helpful and always quick to confirm viewings and let me know what’s come to the market. Compared to other agents in wickford, Douglas Allen are 5 stars for service. She was always so professional and made me feel like every silly question i asked was never too much trouble and took her time to go through everything very thoroughly to my understanding. We put our house on the market the week before Christmas 2022. Alex came to value the house and it was like talking to a friend! He was so personable and really wanted to help - we were relocating out of the area asap due to a job opportunity. We didn’t feel that they wanted to under value the house or just make a “quick sale” at all. We had lots of viewings arranged very quickly. We sold on the last day of January and Stuart negotiated the price fantastically for us. We were then passed over to Natasha who progressed our sale. She was absolutely fantastic and kept us in the loop every few days during the progression. She chased things up very regularly and I didn’t feel I once had to call to find out “what was going on”. The communication with Douglas Allen was impeccable from day 1. They listened to what we wanted from start to finish and everyone is so warm and friendly. I feel that they genuinely care about their customers and want to really help sell or find our home. The sale of the house went through so perfectly and we moved into our new property up north on 13th April - 3 months and 24 days! Thank you to everyone at Douglas Allen for being awesome!

Unfortunately I believed what the branch manager said Douglas Allen would do to promote and sell my property. In reality it all comes down to the price of your property with them and the constant calls to lower the price to get the sale. They stopped giving feedback after a while. The property went missing from all websites for a week which they didn't even notice so shows they do not monitor visitor traffic. They also completely ignore questions in emails. They charge one of the highest commission fees and don't do what I did and think you get for what you pay. You don't. Avoid!
