GoogleRecently viewed a property with phebi she was very helpful and did not rush us through the viewing like other estate agents have. Any questions we had she answered them. She has kept in constant contact with property alerts & checking in to see if they are of interest. Very helpful and polite.

GoogleDemi has surprised us with her approach to being an Estate Agent despite being here age. Thorough, knowledgable and outgoing is the best way to describe how Demi conducts her viewing. We would happily have Demi conduct all of our viewings.

GoogleAs a a first time buyer, I was a little nervous however from the start Douglas Allen were friendly and helpful and when showing us around properties they were informative and respectful of the time we wanted to spend looking. They also introduced us to our mortgage broker who I would recommend.

GoogleHardley heard from the wickford branch re sale of our house. Called them at times and were promised they call back which they never returned calls . Concerned about data protection as our personal information was sent to a different solicitors to the solicitor we was using . . We heard from natasha more than any other member of the team .overall not a good experience .

GoogleHaving used Douglas Allen before it made sense to use the again, found Stuart, Alex and Natasha extremely helpful with what can be a trying time They were always there keeping us updated with the progress of the move. Would recommend them to anybody.
