We would highly recommend Alex and his team at Douglas Allen in Wickford! We purchased our lovely family home through them. We were registered with Douglas Allen and they knew exactly what we were looking for. Bradley contacted us to say they are taking on a house which met our criteria and arranged for us to view the very next day to which our offer was accepted. We also dealt with Alex, Caroline and Natasha and their professionalism, communication and service was outstanding throughout the whole process and we will be recommending them to friends and family! Buying a new house can be a very daunting experience but Caroline at Douglas Allen was just amazing when she showed us around a house recently. Not only was she knowledgeable about the property in question but she also zoned in on our wants and needs and made the extra effort to discuss this with our 2 daughters while showing them the bedrooms. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome and it was clear she had a nice relationship with the home owner too which made us feel that not only is she incredibly professional but she clearly loves her job too! Excellent experience buying our house with Demi and Natasha. Demi was fantastic in taking the time to understand our needs when viewing a property and nothing was too much trouble for her. I received weekly updates from Natasha, their Senior Sales Progressor, who was always helpful, proactive, and easy to reach whenever I had questions she defo went above and beyond at all times.
