Poor, dont use them unless you want to be lied to. We have moved into a rented property which was missold to us and they are now backtracking. Both my partner and I were told on two separate occasions that the garden outside our property was private and now they are backtracking to say they never told us that. Heartbreaking as myself and my partner were so excited about moving in together for the first time and the experience has been completely tarnished by this.

Me and my mate were looking for over a month and a half for a place, and continued to be messed about by most estate agents, a property appeared on Zoopla and we contacted asap. We had a young lad Ollie help us with our viewing and he was extremely helpful and a genuine nice lad, he gave us all the information we needed straight away and even offered to go the extra step further and help us out with things such as wifi and explaining the inns and outs of the initial bill payments. I dread dealing with estate agents. I find them usually unfriendly, pushy and clearly have tunnel vision towards their commission. I was elated to deal with both Oli and Sophie who not only were welcoming and friendly but also empathised with our situation and were genuinely keen to find a property to suit our needs. Unfortunately we didn’t find a property through them but I was honestly disappointed that any owed commission didn’t go to this lovely pair. DO NOT USE LEADERS. I called and enquired numerous times about a property and no-one came back to me regarding a viewing despite me following up on various different platforms. It’s such a tough market currently and it doesn’t make it any easier when letting agents do not communicate properly! Such a poor service, absolutely would not recommend.

We have arranged a viewing and went to view the property, we like the property in first instance and agreed to put an offer, further we also informed the negotiator not to show the property until our offer is been accepted before leaving she assure as that she will not show the property but she purposely showed property to some other family, off-course property was so nice they put offer to. Now again there I believe once you have offer you should have cancel other viewings but she did not and give both offers to landlord...the LANDLORD which we assumed already decided with other interested tenant as they were not Asians..i was keep calling her writing various emails but she said oh we have 2 offers so we decide to put both... after one week a whole one week they rang and said oh landlord decided to go with the other interested tenant my QUESTION Y and how the decide and judge though we have all right documents and higher salary ....we qualified there and there but I am sure because of we belong to Asian community the did not put out offer forward and just informed that landlord goes with the tenant.. My daughter was so upset as it was near her school and we have planned all set for the property .................this what the did for sure unethical as we been to property first and straight away give offer , she should not put other offer till we were genuinely rejected...NegativeProfessionalism

Use any other lettings agency, honestly. Atrocious customer service and huge fees for, frankly, no service. Out of pocket nearly £400 in admin fees to go from being rejected from referencing to “the landlord is going with another offer” within less than a week of paying. I noticed they had even put the flat back on the market before it had been explained to me why I was rejected. Any attempt to rectify the issue was met with stonewalling (the landlord isn’t interested in a guarantor, the landlord has other offers, fine print, etc), cynicism and sarcasm. Three weeks later I see the flat is still on the market. They do not care about you, only your money. You can get much better service for less.

Elle, was more than helpful when it came to making sure all our documentation was completed on time. And carried on making sure we were all settled in after moving.
