Our property negotiator was Oliver Cupis. Oliver was really friendly and approachable, and he made my partner and I feel relaxed and safe during the viewing. He was knowledgeable on the property, informed us on parking permits in the local area and was happy to answer questions. I asked the staff at Leaders to come and value my elderly mother’s home (both for sale and rental) as she is considering a downsize. We met with the rentals Manager, Ben and his colleague Jessica who were both, from the outset, polite and understanding to my mother’s predicament. Ben explained in lay man’s terms the pros and cons of rental over sake and detailed clearly what obligations Mum would need to fulfil. Throughout the whole appointment I found both staff members friendly and knowledgeable; there was no effort made to press us into a decision and they left us with a clear understanding that everything that was discussed would be put in writing to us. A very professional outfit in my opinion. Would recommend

from a prospective tennant view. leaders have this new automatic reply for tennants requesting endless details including a download of your credit profile... then magically you suddenly get endless spam emails after completing it. they want all of my personal details even for a simple question asking if they would accept a pet... I'm sure this wouldn't be GDPR compliant even if your registered if you find the property on right move you still have to refill the automatic reply to message them. it's just lazy. even when you fill all of this you wint get a call back! leaders never accept pets and push this no deposit option on to tennants knowing its a complete scam which offers no legal protection at the end of the tennancy leaving the tennant completely liable with no inderpendant assistance such as a deposit protection scheme. It's nothing but a scam. I imagine the staff get commission as you won't get a property without it. as a tennant I won't be messaging leaders anymore it's over frustrating and they never accept any pets using the "leasehold" as their default excuse even on a council block built in the 1960s where everyone has pets.
