AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The management team especially Lucy skinner and Catherine larkins have no clue and will just do anything they can to penalise you as a Tenant. Everything they do is in favour of the landlord although they don't do anything properly so it still causes a mess for the landlord. Lived in a mouldy damp infested property that wasn't dealt with despite reporting to leaders, broken fence caused our dog to escape and at the end of tenancy, lesders refused to send important documents across and refused us assistance with the deposit dispute. Lucy charged us for professional cleaning at the end of tenancy, despite it stating on the check in inventory that the place was filthy and not professionally cleaned when we moved in (we left the place completely clean and empty) Charged us rent for a month after we already handed back keys!!!!....a shambles all round, AVOID TO SAVE YOUR SANITY!

Reported a broken fence took weeks for nothing to happen. My dog got out of the garden after waiting weeks for maintanance to do nothing. My dog had an altercation with another dog. The landlord evicted me because of this. All would of been avoided if leaders would be on point with there maintanance team replying and management. Considering legal action. Will never use leaders again. House was moldy and damp. Roofers came once and problem still persisted. as a Google reviewer with over 1.4m views I can honestly say these guys are a joke.

I was attended by Alícia, who was very attentive and helpful, patient when explaining detail by detail. Of all the agencies I visited, it was the only one that brought the printed document on the visit organizing all the information of the property and how to rent it, which was great since I'm new here in the United Kingdom. When closing the contract we still received a welcome kit from the real estate agency. I recommend!!!

There is definitely a lack of transparency and a pecking order to how things are done by this agency. I inquired about a listing numerous times only to be told that they are yet to receive viewing privileges. Only to now see the property off the market. Inquired about another property and was basically told that I don’t earn enough to view the property after asking for my annual income. Never happened before. They probably write your contact information in the air because they never phone you back.
