GoogleDespite not always being dealt with by the same person everyone always seemed to know what was going on and the stage that we were at with our sale. Very responsive to enquiries, even through the lockdown I have been able to contact Jo and she has dealt with our enquiries immediately. Would use Leaders again.

GoogleExcellent experience with Leaders as tenants for the past 2 years. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Leaders always endeavour to answer our queries in a timely manner, particularly with regards to when things go wrong at the property with heating, electrics, appliances, plumbing etc. I would highly recommend them to prospective tenants and buyers.

GoogleLeaders knew the answers to all questions given and we had no problems with them. They did want to charge half the rent to be able to clean the property, which we resolved via the landlords instead. The only time I had to visit them was to show my proof of ID and address. All other communication was conveniently done online e.g. contract and inventory signing. One thing that was annoying was that they shared our details with energy and insurance providers (which were apparently required in the contract) who made several hassling calls even 2 years after signing and a year after leaving.

GoogleA fantastic customer experience! The Epsom branch staff could not have been helpful or done anymore for us, truly above and beyond the normal level of service. Having been let down by the quality of another property managed by another lettings agency, we were up against a very tight time frame to keep storage delivery times etc. The staff at Leaders immediately understood our situation and helped us move in within a 3 day turnaround, from viewing the property to handing over the keys. In comparison to the initial response to our difficult situation from other agencies, the staff here are head and shoulders above.

GoogleNew tenant and so far so good. Not actually moved in yet, so I can't comment on the management side, but I have found the staff very friendly and helpful. They have responded to my questions and I feel confident that I will be looked after by the team.

Googleabsolutely ridiculous that the reference agency only takes one income into consideration as long as you earn the amount they need you to what is the difference if you have one or two jobs as long as you are working and can pay the rent. Would not recommend .
