GoogleI was very impressed with the way that Leaders found us a suitable tenant. After 2.5 months of trying with another agency to let this quite desirable apartment in Epsom without success, Leaders found us a good tenant within 2.5 days. The tenant's suitability was soon checked out and found to be very positive. This is a full management arrangement with Leaders and the auxiliary costs to us were pretty modest. Highly recommended

GooglePoor communication, no pro active call backs on tenancy, work not done or late, agreement only arrived day before move in date, made a stressful situation worse. Wouldn't ever use Leaders again. Regarding your reply. I'm well aware of the basis that the flat is let. The owner has been fantastic and very responsive. Please don't try and imply that they haven't been. My review was directed at Leaders.

Hi Paul, we're saddened to learn that you have had a negative experience with our team at Epsom during your application and move. We understand moving can be a difficult and stressful time for those involved, we always want to attempt offer as much assistance and support as possible and are sorry to hear that in this instance we hadn’t been able to do this for you. For the sake of transparency once the initial aspects of the application are dealt with by the branch the remainder of the process is then dealt with by our Lettings Support Centre (LSC). Due to the involvement of the LSC they email applicants such as yourself as part of the process to provide updates throughout and to assure you not to worry if you didn’t hear from them for a few days as they were working to process your let and would be in touch. We can recognise why you would want to receive a copy of the tenancy agreement at the earliest opportunity as this would provide peace of mind and it’s a shame that on this occasion the earliest that this could be provided was the day before the let was to commence and it seems that the reason for this was due the short time frames surrounding the let. Within your review you have stated that work was not done or was done late and it can be noted that for this tenancy we are actually instructed by the Landlord on a Rent Collection level of service meaning that once you moved into the property we would collect the rent on behalf of the Landlord however anything else such as repairs would need to be dealt with directly by the Landlord. We recognise the importance of all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback, we would like to offer our apologies that you feel the service you have received has not been up to the high standards expected of Leaders and hope that should you decide to use us again in future that we are able to deliver a level of service that you are happier with. GoogleAfter dealing with David and Will for the duration of our house purchase I found them to be very professional. Everytime I called nothing was ever a problem, and I was made to feel valued. GoogleDid nothing to sell our flat, after the only 2 viewings we got in the first 2 weeks they asked us to drop our valuation by 20g. Then told me I'd asked in March for them to take it off the market. I hadn't done this!!, but it didn't matter as they'd already removed it in January anyway!!

GoogleVery disappointing with the lack of communication after having our offer accepted on a rental property, it taken of the market, to find out only by calling the agency ourselves that someone else had put in a higher offer. Wasted a lot of time looking round the area. Having given notice to our current landlord. Be very careful with Leaders! I do not recommend

GoogleThese are some of the rudest people I have EVER heard of! I would never use Leaders had dealings with them when I first rented and know of others that have had similar bad experiences with bad attitudes from staff! and if you are ever thinking of applying to work with them think again! they give rude and unprofessional feedback after interviews!
