She was professional , practical and sensible in both advice and in keeping us informed on progress with securing the tenancy , ensuring a smooth paperwok transition with all the details we needed to know. GoogleUse any other lettings agency, honestly. Atrocious customer service and huge fees for, frankly, no service. Out of pocket nearly £400 in admin fees to go from being rejected from referencing to “the landlord is going with another offer” within less than a week of paying. I noticed they had even put the flat back on the market before it had been explained to me why I was rejected. Any attempt to rectify the issue was met with stonewalling (the landlord isn’t interested in a guarantor, the landlord has other offers, fine print, etc), cynicism and sarcasm. Three weeks later I see the flat is still on the market. They do not care about you, only your money. You can get much better service for less.

GoogleWe rented a 3 bedroom townhouse in Epsom through Leaders for 5 years. During our time, Lisa from Leaders was always responsive, dealt with any issues promptly and was always supportive and helpful. We vacated the property a couple of weeks ago as we moved into our (first) own home. I was taken aback at how smooth the checkout was. We even had our deposit returned within a week and half of us vacating - I was dreading it, expecting a lengthy negotiation after looking at the very professional, detailed checkout report, but was pleasantly surprised. Lisa and Keith have a real pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending Leaders!

GoogleHad a pleasant experience with Leaders Epsom after failing to get anywhere with the other estate agents in the area. Elle, was more than helpful when it came to making sure all our documentation was completed on time. And carried on making sure we were all settled in after moving. Credit to her as she had just started this job as well. Also a thank you to her colleagues Sophie and Tanzy who were on hand to help when we needed it. Would gladly use this office again.

GoogleHaving found a house we loved through Leaders in Epsom, we were told there were so many other viewings so to our delight we were called the next day to say our offer had been accepted. The house was taken off the market. We asked Leaders to speak to the landlord about several things because with a long term tenancy and us having young children it's very important. We spoke to the manager Jack who said he would ask and address the issues we had to the landlord and someone would get back to us the next day. We never hear from them. We spent a lot of time over the weekend making sure we liked where the house was and the area. Then feeling very confident about it and happy the next day, had to ring the agency ourselves to be told that someone else had put in a better offer and they were going to call us to let us know. Very disappointing from the agency and very unprofessional

GoogleHad the most unprofessional and distressing experience before Christmas with Leaders. After being told my rental offer had been accepted, was horrified to be informed days away from flying to Canada with my 5 daughters that it had been let to someone else. Having even asked was my offer accepted or accepted until a better offer I was told "noooo its accepted". The only reason I found out was because I called to follow up on the deposit and paper work before I flew for piece of mind. I am totally disgusted in the way I was treated. I never once recieved a call to tell me anything had changed. The agent, who was now on holiday claimed he tried calling. Not one missed call, or message left so a complete lie! After my offer was accepted, the property should never have been show to another sole unless my credit check had failed. The Estate Agent I have since used, are absolutely amazing and have restored my faith that morals still exist. I will not be recommending Leaders to anyone.

GoogleExcellent Experience with Leaders. I have been a tenant for more than 10year and have rented across the UK, and also overseas. Leaders are by far and away the best letting agency I have dealt with. All the staff have been courteous and extremely helpful. The move in process was seamless with Leaders ensuring the property was clean, utilities providers contacted and provided with my details, all meter readings taken and up to date, and I was made fully aware of any repair work required with an estimated date for completion. It is the little touches which make moving in stress free and this is something Leaders excel at.

GoogleUnfortunately I wouldn't use leaders in Epsom again as when we were viewing a property was given the wrong information and wrong information when I went to the office was also told I would be contacted about the property but when I was looking on right move I found the property had been let! But no one contacted me to let me know

GoogleI had been renting an apartment in Epsom for two years and Leaders were always there for us, helping with any arising issues. Our property manager Lisa Baker was always ready to assist. She was able to sort the major issues out (such as a leaking roof or failing boiler) in no time.
