We placed our property on the market in June 2020 and within a few days after more than 10 viewings we had two competitive offers on the property. Whilst the original chain fell through in September, we immediately re-marketed the property. After a further 10 viewings within just 3 days, we accepted one of two further competitive offers and exchanged contacts within just 8 weeks. We put our property up for sale with Hamptons when the market re-opened in May 2020. They set up the sale quickly, Jackie and Leon were fantastic in getting people through to see the house and took great care to implement Covid precautions, we felt safe with the showing of the property. Once the sale was agreed there were some issues lower down the chain making progress to exchange a bit fraught but Leon, and especially Christine, were up to the challenge, chasing on a regular basis and keeping us well informed as to progress. She is energetic and had a detailed information about not only the house she showed but also the neighborhood. Sounds simple quality but rarely available with all the agents we have ever come across. Getting our house on the market was made very easy by Nick and the team. We felt it was worth spending that little extra on commission as we were impressed with the way Hampton's photograph and market their properties - which made for a very quick sale. It would have been nice to have dealt with one person for the whole of the sale, as when we met with Nick, we bought into him and felt we could rely on him. However, the whole team have been very efficient and pleasant dealing with any queries from us and arranging viewings. I wouldn't hesitate to go with them again in the future.

We have just purchased a house and did so through Hamptons in Epsom. As we were the buyer, we could not choose the estate agent, but I must say we could have hardly met anyone better. The purchase process turned out to be extraordinarily complicated and, with 22 months, very lengthy (due to circumstances on the seller’s side). In addition, for us this was the first time ever to buy a house, so we had many questions as of the beginning. However, despite all these obstacles, throughout the whole process the complete Hamptons team kept us incredibly well informed, gave us loads of advice and went more than just one extra mile for us to make this purchase finally a success. A BIG THANK YOU to the whole team, especially Patricia, who must have had more than once a headache from dealing with our case! If we ever go to sell this house, it will definitely be through this Hamptons team in Epsom.

My experience of moving house has been stressful and testing. After spending and wasting months on an attempted purchase, I tried again and eventually succeeded. I would have given up many times had it not been for Leon and the marvellous team at Hamptons. Their advice has always been calm and measured and throughout the long process they have been encouraging, supportive and always positive, and whenever one of the team rang I always felt better for their call. I will not miss the process of moving but I will miss the team at Hamptons. God forbid I ever move again, but I will never have a more professional and friendly service than this. If you're thinking of moving, give them a try.
