GoogleChristine Temple in the Epsom branch was wonderful, not your stereotypical estate agent which was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, not pushy, very approachable and amazingly patient with us as we weren't sure what to expect as we have just bought our first home through her. I can't thank her enough for what a pleasure it was having her as our agent.

GoogleFrom the start of inquiring about my mother's house being put on the market the team were professional, helpful answering all of our questions and then studious in pursuing possible buyers. From our side this was not a long drawn out length of time. Instead it was a well managed operation with possible buyers viewing at alocatted times over a 10 day period. Christine very professionally handled meeting the potential buyers and showed the house in the best light. GoogleSo where do I start! At the beginning with a professional appraisal of my home by Paul, who was humble and never made false promises as other agents can do. We took a leap of faith and got the ball rolling. Photographs and brochure were stunning, a fantastic photographer, then off to market! Priced well we were inundated with viewings, literally after going live. Hamptons facilitated the viewings, nothing was too much trouble even letting my puppy Teddie out for a nature break. Christine, well not enough adjectives to describe her, kind, communicative, effective and when needed a force of nature along with the rest of the team moving our sale through, engaging with solicitors getting us to the finishing post with full asking price! A superbly well organised team who respond and turn reports around at lightning speed- every time. Consistently go well beyond what is expected. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Buying and selling property inevitably involves a degree of stress, but they have minimised it.
