GoogleWe have just moved from our house to our new one with the help of Hammond and Smith. We initially had it on with another agent who got us some viewings but didn’t clinch the sale unfortunately. We then went to Jonjo, Alison and Joe at Hammond and Smith who helped us sell in this difficult time. They were more realistic with their pricing and they add care and attention to each property they sell with fantastic write ups that set the scene for new buyers to appreciate what is on offer. This is such a nice approach for the buyer but also makes the seller proud of what they had achieved with the property they are selling. We would like to thank them personally and will always recommend them to friends, family and anyone that needs/wants to move house. In our eyes they are the go-to local estate agents and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They have provided us with friendly advice throughout with no trouble and we never felt like anything was a chore for them. Top drawer, top marks. Thanks again guys!

GoogleI thought that this small start-up company with a friendly attitude and realistic expectations (as well as premises more like a coffee shop than an estate agent) deserved the business of selling my late mother's house. Their service was impeccable, keeping me informed of the situation at every stage of the process and looking after the details in a house that had not been lived in for some months. Thoroughly recommend Hammond & Smith.

Google1) Valued the house at a sensible price and not inflated like many agents 2) Took great pictures of the property 3) Managed the viewings both in person and online and communicated well 4) Once offer in place kept the process on track and communicated progress weekly even when the buyer raised difficult queries 5) Recommended excellent solicitor and removals firm Alison, Jonjo and Joe excellent throughout the process WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM AN AGENT ?

GoogleI made contact about an advertised property, but Joe very kindly advised us that it would be too small; he informed us of a property that was coming into the market and we zoned in on it. I cannot begin to highlight how helpful he was throughout the process. Informative, attentive, and very patient with us when we caused a bit of a delay with proceeding - as we had been out of the country when the property was ready. He made the move, and a really trying period, that much easier. I'd recommend H&S any day.

FacebookWe recently used Hammond and Smith and mostly dealt with one of the owners , Alison. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We arranged to see the property 4 times throughout the process, and it was never an issue with them arranging these appointments and meeting us there. Every time we contacted them for updates, we were provided with updates and they were happy to chase up whatever we needed.
