GoogleNot only is this the best looking shop on Epping high road, but the customer service is exceptional. The shop is stunning inside and out (think Harrods of Epping vibes!) All of the staff at Hammond and Smith are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Alison, Jonjo and Joe cannot do enough for anyone that walks through their door. It has such a friendly, family feel. A hub of the community. A visit to Hammond and Smith is a MUST. GoogleWe had a really good experience at Hammond & Smith, with Joe as our agent. He was always pleasant to deal with, great at communicating and very quick to deal with anything we needed. The process of dealing with estate agents can feel quite detached and unfriendly sometimes but this was certainly not the case with Joe - we felt valued and treated with respect throughout the whole thing.
