Hammond and Smith are very different to all the other estate agents on the high street, which was hugely advantageous to myself as both a seller and buyer. They always answer the phone, staff are very friendly and not “pushy” and they listen. I sold my house very quickly through Hammond and Smith who arranged for only viable and suitable viewings. I found my new home through them too, communication was great and I knew I was in safe hands with Jack who dealt with solicitors etc on my behalf. Thank you!
