GoogleThe Hammond and Smith team are excellent. The trust we’ve built with them over the years has always made the buying and selling process smooth and transparent. Not only have we bought through them ourselves, but several of our family members have too, all of whom would highly recommend them. Their professionalism, reliability, and personal touch set them apart.

GoogleAlison and team have been great throughout our first home purchase especially during uncertain times.
Requested multiple viewings because of first time buyer anxiety but Alison didn’t disappoint and arranged viewings on short notice. Mind you she had to drive 6-7 miles every time.
Great service throughout the process.
Many thanks!

GoogleHammond and Smith were absolutely brilliant at selling our home. They understood the brief, listened and sent people who were very interested in our property. Ended up with 5 families who wanted to offer. When our spec changed on what we wanted to buy they pivoted really quickly and we found the perfect home for us and truly understood (Far more than we knew) what we wanted. They kept us up to date the whole time and felt like they really cared about us as a customer. Can't recommend the team enough!

GoogleWe’ve been letting our property through Hammond and Smith for the last 2 years. They take the stress out of finding and looking after a good tenant.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let or sell their property. They are on the ball, quick with feedback and deliver a very professional service throughout. I have mostly dealt with Joe and sometimes Alison, but all the staff are very approachable and helpful.
